How does the free trial work?
Everything is free for 30 days from the day you register. No card required. A payday always falls within that window, so you can see your first real payslip before deciding to continue.
Will my driver mind?
This isn't an app for watching him — it's an app for keeping an honest record. His pay breakdown is just as visible to him, and he sets it up himself, on his own phone. "Don't watch. Just keep the book." is the whole idea.
How is this different from CCTV?
CCTV is a tool for watching — it deepens doubt. My Munimji calculates pay automatically and makes doubt unnecessary. You can use both, but a CCTV camera won't calculate anyone's salary.
Can I use it for a company-owned car?
Yes. A company-owned car is fine. As long as your company employs the driver directly, you can use it as-is (a driver supplied through an agency isn't a fit).
Setup
How do I get started?
Register from "Try it free for 30 days" → confirm on WhatsApp → register your driver and send the invite link.
Who sets things up on the driver's side?
He does — on his own phone, from the invite link. You never operate his device for him.
How are pay terms decided?
You set base pay and overtime rates in advance. He reviews and agrees to those terms before he starts working.
How is the parking spot registered?
By GPS, on day one, wherever the car is parked. No need to enter an address ahead of time.
Day to day
What if he forgets to clock in or out?
It's covered. The app is built so a missed clock-in or clock-out is never used against him.
What if he forgets the end-of-day odometer photo?
The end time is filled in by GPS as a provisional clock-out, and base pay is paid in full. The overnight difference is never used against him.
How are overtime and waiting time calculated?
Driving and waiting are calculated separately. Overtime carries a premium, and you set the rate (it can't go below the standard).
Can I call my driver?
Yes — you can send a call request from the app. If there's no response, you can switch to a phone call.
Money
When is the payslip finalized?
At month-end, in steps: review → draft → you confirm → he acknowledges.
What if there's a discrepancy?
He can raise a dispute, backed by the record. If it's upheld, the record is corrected (the original stays — a correction is added to the history, nothing is erased).
Can it handle advances?
Yes. Repayments are deducted automatically from a portion of each month's pay (capped).
When does billing start?
Only after the 30-day trial, and only if you continue. We'll let you know before it ends.
Can I cancel?
No minimum term — cancel anytime.
Data & privacy
What gets recorded?
Attendance, distance driven, and waiting time — all while on duty. Nothing at all after work (recording stops the moment he clocks out).
Is location tracked all the time?
No. Only while on duty. Nothing is collected off the clock.
Whose data is it?
The record is his asset too. You can see it within the scope of your employment relationship.
