Before setting off, snap one photo of the odometer.
Confirm the number, and that becomes the clock-in.
Location is tracked only while on duty.
Time moving counts as “driving,” time stopped as “waiting.” Fuel, tolls and parking are logged on the spot — with a photo, or just the amount — and that day's parked-record sits right beside it.
Press clock-out, and snap the odometer once more.
Forget to? No problem. The app sets a provisional end time, and he confirms or corrects it the next morning. — What the app places is marked “auto-adjusted”; what he changes, “hand-adjusted.” Both stay visible. Nothing hidden.
Everything is calculated, and the same payslip reaches you both.

What gets recorded?
Location while on duty, the odometer photos taken at clock-in and clock-out, and the clock times. Once work ends, nothing is recorded. The clock-in is the switch.
Can I watch him all the time on GPS?
No. Location is recorded only while on duty. It stops the instant he clocks out — not on his days off, not at night. And the recorded location is visible to him just the same. There's no screen only you can see.
Will he keep it up?
All he does is take one odometer photo, morning and evening. That's it. And for him this isn't a chore forced on him — without the record, there's no overtime pay. The 30 free days are time to see that for himself, too.
What if he doesn't consent?
Then you can't use it. Consent is his alone to give. It's built so he never decides in front of you.
Why does he need to photograph the meter?
The distance driven backs up that day's work — more accurate for him than a time-only record. The second photo, at clock-out, keeps the driving after he leaves the car from being pinned on him. And it's he who sets the number, not the app: reading it off the photo is only a draft — he sees it and confirms it, last. No pay moves on a number the machine decided on its own.
What if it's not for me?
Just stop. No card is on file, so nothing is charged. After 30 days, we'll ask “continue?” along with your first month's payslip. Decide then. Tell him too — “let's try it for a month.”
