These terms set out the conditions for using My Munimji (the "Service"), provided by 〈operator name〉 (the "Company"). By registering, you agree to these terms.
The Service records the attendance of household drivers and assists with payroll calculation. Payment of wages itself, and the employment contract, are matters between the employer and the driver; the Company is not a party to them.
・Registration requires accurate information (your name, WhatsApp number, email address).
・Registration is completed upon verification of your WhatsApp number.
・You are responsible for managing your own account.
・Pricing is ₹499 per driver per month (or ₹4,990 per year for annual billing).
・The first 30 days from registration are free to try. If you cancel during the trial, no charge applies.
・Details of payment methods and billing timing: 〈to be confirmed: to be stated once the payment method is finalized〉.
・The Service's records are shared records that both the employer and the driver can see.
・A correction to a confirmed record is kept as a correction history, without erasing the original.
・Corrections that affect pay or history are disclosed to both parties concerned.
・Registering false records, or registering while impersonating another person
・Improperly tampering with the Service's records
・Reverse engineering or otherwise interfering with the operation of the Service
・Use that violates laws or public order and morals
・Payroll calculation results are an aid to calculation; the employer confirms and decides the final amount payable.
・Records or notifications may be delayed or lost due to network failures, device settings, or outages of third-party services (such as WhatsApp). Except in cases of the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from these.
・Even where the Company is liable, liability is capped at the total service fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
・You may cancel at any time. Even after cancellation, records up to that point are retained as evidence for the period required by law (Privacy Policy, Section 5).
・Refund conditions: 〈to be confirmed: to be stated once the payment method is finalized〉.
The Company may change or discontinue the Service with prior notice. If it is discontinued, we will provide a means to export your records.
Intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Records and photos registered by users belong to those users, and the Company uses them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
If we change these terms, we will announce it on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify your registered contact.
These terms are governed by 〈to be confirmed: Indian law / Japanese law〉, and disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of 〈to be confirmed: the competent court〉 as the court of first instance.
Items marked 〈to be confirmed〉 will be replaced once finalized.
