My Munimji (the "Service") is an attendance-recording and payroll-calculation service for household drivers, operated by 〈operator name〉 (the "Company"). This policy sets out how personal information is handled across the Service and the official website (together, the "Services").
[Employers] Your name, company or household name, WhatsApp number, email address, survey responses, and enquiry contents.
[Drivers (when using the app)] Your name, phone number, clock-in/out records (times), odometer photos, location while on duty, and payroll-related records such as attendance, overtime, advances, and expenses.
[Both] Access logs and technical information such as device data.

A driver's location is recorded only while on duty, never outside working hours. The recorded location is visible to both the employer and the driver in the same form (the design creates no information that only one side can see).
Except as required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent. To operate the Service, we entrust processing to the following providers.
・Supabase (database; data stored in the AWS Mumbai region, India)
・Vercel (site delivery)
・Meta Platforms (delivery of WhatsApp notifications and verification)
Because attendance and payroll records serve as evidence of the employment relationship, they may be retained after account deletion for the period required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Other information is retained only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above.
We protect personal information with encrypted communication (TLS), row-level access control on the database (RLS), and API keys operated under separated privileges.
If you wish to access, correct, or delete your own personal information, please contact us at the point below. After verifying your identity, we will respond within a reasonable period.
If we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify your registered contact.
