My Munimji (the "Service") is an attendance-recording and payroll-calculation service for household drivers, operated by Still Works Pvt Ltd (the "Company"). This policy sets out how personal information is handled across the Service and the official website (together, the "Services").
[Employers] Your name, company or household name, WhatsApp number, email address, PIN code, area name (optional), survey responses, and enquiry contents.
[Drivers (when using the app)] Your name, phone number, clock-in/out records (times), odometer photos, and payroll-related records such as attendance, overtime, advances, and expenses.
[Both] Access logs and technical information such as device data.

・Sending important notices, feature updates, and our newsletter
・Responding to enquiries
・Preventing misuse
・Statistical analysis to improve quality (in a form that does not identify individuals)
・Deciding which areas to serve (the PIN code and area name you give at signup, used for area-level counts)
A driver's location is not recorded, on duty or off. Instead of location, what is recorded is the time of each punch and the odometer photos. The full list of what we collect is in section 1.
Except as required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent. To operate the Service, we entrust processing to the following providers.
・Supabase (database; data stored in the AWS Mumbai region, India)
・Vercel (site delivery)
・Meta Platforms (delivery of WhatsApp notifications and verification)
Because attendance and payroll records serve as evidence of the employment relationship, they may be retained after account deletion for the period required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Other information is retained only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above.
We protect personal information with encrypted communication (TLS), row-level access control on the database (RLS), and API keys operated under separated privileges.
If you wish to access, correct, or delete your own personal information, please contact us at the point below. After verifying your identity, we will respond within a reasonable period.
If we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify your registered contact.
